Guardly VPN has a strict no-logs policy. We do not track, store, or log your browsing activity, IP addresses, or connection timestamps.

Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if there are technical issues we cannot resolve.

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free performance. Downtime for maintenance or network issues may occur.

Guardly VPN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
